Y’all better quiet down!
I have been to jail. I have been beaten. I have lost my job. I have lost my apartment for gay liberation, and you all treat me this way? What the hell’s wrong with you all? Think about that!
I have been involved with STAR—Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries—helping the young people who are homeless, who are living on the docks, who are being arrested every day. The people are trying to do something for them from STAR. We are trying to get a home for these children.
If you don’t fight for those who are struggling worse than you, you are not fighting for liberation at all! Gay power! Keep your eyes on the prize!
